A look at that huge new Green Street home | Philadelphia Real ...

We reported in this space last week on a huge new mansion being erected at 16th and Green streets in the Art Museum area. We now have architect?s renderings of the exterior from builder Metro Impact.

Here?s what the front and back of the home will look like:

As you can see, the home is designed to blend in with the mid-19th-century traditional architecture of its block. The two-car garage, it appears, occupies its own half floor between the main floor and basement. What we?d like to know is: The builder says the home has a ?walk-out basement.? Where will the walk-out be located? Is it that door next to the garage, or somewhere below those rear French doors? (Our guess is the latter.)
